I followed the instructions on how to install tuner cats on windows 7. I changed the operating system in the computer for the tnr-set up. That all worked fine. When I went to change the operating system for the winter file for the tuning capabilities I could not find it like it said in the directions. I instead clicked on the whole C.A.T.S document in my documents. I changed the operating system on that and a compatibility error came up. I'm lost...

I have Jet DST (basically TunerCATS 2) on my Windows 7 laptop. To avoid all that, I used Windows XP mode and just run it that way, had no problems at all.
