I finally got around to weighing the car today with a set of longcare racing weight scales. I weighed the car 4 times to get closest weight & got 3 close numbers in the 2700 range two of which 2741 heres the pic of the scales

yeah I was stunningly surprised at how light it is I really truly thought it would be 3200 ish but I mean there is absolutely no extra wiring, no carpet, plastic bucket seat, chrome moly cage, no ac no power steering, Full tubular suspension front to rear ..etc etc. its stripped completely.

I was going to say I didnt think it could be over 3000lbs, I was at 3010 with driver airbag, stock power seats, street wheels and tires, stock hatch and hood, and stock front suspension.

Where in VA are you? Im in Warrenton. Car looks great, what rpm are you shifting, looks like 6000?

Well finally about that time again for some racing and this time with a little spray. Thought I was starting off small which I did but, this is what it did on a 125 shot progressed didn't have the other kit even on, car still has way more..

Facebook Post

Car went straight to the bumper didn't come down until i clicked into high gear.. I had a 1.44 60ft on the back tires and still went through the traps at 107mph it ran 6.47 and this is on one kit car has another kit for the big end that once i get the front end to stay down a bit, I will bring into play. Another LT1 on the mission to the 5s. This was on a no prep track test and tune session on a Friday night.
