ARP Bolts And Fidanza flywheel
Im putting my transmission back in, this time with ARP flywheel bolts instead of the GM ones.
The ARP flywheel bolts have a small jacket just under the head thats slightly larger then the flywheel holes, enlarging the flywheel holes when torqued down. I don't know how i feel about this, the added pressure of making it enlarge the holes may mess with the torque reading.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Don't know what you mean by "jacket" under the head. The ARP bolts have a radius from the head to shank to eliminate stress that would be caused if the transition was a sharp corner. Your flywheel bolt holes need to be chamfered to provide clearance for the bolt head radius. If what I'm describing is the issue you're having you could've already damaged the bolts by torquing them down. See this thread:
