Default knock? Flexplate?

So after some fun the other night my car developed a knocking noise the car shifted at 6k didnt over rev and my oil pressure isnt low stayes about 55 and when i rev it doesnt drop either now I've tried to pinpoint the noise ive jacked up the car can't really figure it out just know that its in the bottom end when you rev it matches the Rev but I don't rev it more than 2.5k to see if it stops after a certain point. no matter what's wrong with it I'll have to drive it so I don't want to keep starting it sorry for the poor audio in the video https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=WOy_gWOJqns

Knocking after a hard run is rarely a cheap fix. What does your oil look like?

6k rpm is high for a stock motor if that is what you have...

as mentioned, look for metal flakes in the oil

I didn't drain it but when I pull the dipstick no metallic is on it seems a little darker than normal only has maybe 2k on it if that doesn't smell bad either and ya 6k has been where it's been shifting I think it's a little high but I haven't seen any reason to change it
