Default 96 exhaust on a 95

im getting a used borla catback. its coming of a 96. i have a 95. So i will need the s bend adapter to bolt up to my stock cat. I can not find one to buy, so can i just cut my stock exhaust behind the s bend, and get like a 2.75 to 3 in adapter? I have headers waiting to go on, but they are mids so i think i will still need the s bend. I will probably have an exhaust shop fix it up right when the headers go on.

I would have the headers and the cat-back installed at the same time....and I would let the exhaust shop figure it out after you provide input on your concerns.

I would think you could do the hookup as you said, cutting it behind the S bend. I just removed a magnaflow system from a 1996 and it mounts in the same location as the 95 just without the S section.

I have the S-bend piece available for a '95. When I converted to straight pipes I no longer needed it with the ORY. Make me an offer.
