Speedo is off on my new purchase I bought the car used. My spedo is off by about 10 mph, what would cause this? Possibly aftermarket rear end gearing? If so what kind of gears would cause a 10mph difference?

yeah, gears would cause that, if you have an A4, and your gears are shorter than 3.23's then it might show 10 above your speed, if you are M6, and gears are bellow 3.23, then it might show 10 below.
