subject states the problem, anyone have pointers/tips to give me, when I mounted my nitrous tank one of the times I Drilled threw I hit the fuel tank! Also yesterday I was runnin real low on gas it was right at the E line so stopped and put in some 87 octane which I usually put in 87 or 93 but the car was sputtering pretty bad on my way home I thought iut was gunan crap out on me.

so I Wanna fix the tank puncture and also clean the tank inside and out. Anyoen have tips or pics?

To drop the tank, you have to lower the rear axle down and out of the way, get the tank loose by loosening the straps, and the bolts in the filler neck, disconnect the 4 fuel lines and 1 electrical connection from the pump on top, and then angle it out to get the neck out. Try this: if you drilled into the tank, try putting a screw in the hole that you made. Put some silicone sealant with the screw, and put it in. It would be alot simpler...., or if you want to have 7 hours of fun.

wow bummer......I also heard of someone cutting the metal on top of the tank to make a door, anyone done that?
