Saw this on the ol' eBay, anyone have any idea if it has any performance gains or benefits?

if thats the throttle body coolant bypass then thats about 95 dollars more than its worth..but i dont think thats it

its the coolant pipe that runs to the back of bother cylinder heads also known as reverse flow cooling it just replaces the dull boring metal pipe with braided stainless steel im not sure if it is more performance unless the diameter is bigger which is looks to be but is mainly for show and looks

It's just dress up. Replaces the hard tube that connects the cylinder heads in the back. The stocker runs up the passenger side and hooks into the coolant hoses.

Yea, that is a rip off. Not a bad idea though, I am going to go to Lowes, and make one myself. Bigger lines coming out of them heads should help get the hot coolant out faster. That might be a factor to my blown head gasket on the #7 cylinder. Unless anyone tried it, and had a problem...
