Big Problem... Help Please...

Big Problem... Help Please... Alright guys... I'm hoping a few of you can help me out here... I have a 1994 Camaro Z-28 and I have my buddy working on it for me... He took the front of the motor apart to check the timing... Then proceded to snap a bolt from the water pump into the block... Ok... That I wasn't too worried about... Then... he tried getting it out by drilling it and getting it out with this tool... Then he snapped the tool inside the bolt... What the hell?!? Now where do I go from there? We're at a standstill with the car now because neither of us don't know a way to get it out... Please help!
