Valve tap, tapping me 2 death

Valve tap, tapping me 2 death I just recently put on Hooker Super Comp headers, and about a week later a valve tap occured. I adjusted the rocker arm nut to specs, but still a tap. Need heto fix, does anyone know what to do?
