Default 58mm TB's, what is difference in the versions for 92-93 VS. for 94-97?

I have heard these are the same except for the extra attachment for the kick down cable on the ealeir version, for the non-electric auto trans.

I have a 95 6 spd, so could I use a TB for the earlier 92-93 model, since I don't have an auto?

on the 92-93 TB's theres 2 differences the IAC is attached with screws not bolts on the 92-93 on the 94+'s it uses bolts. it also has an attachment for the kickdown cable on the earlier ones for the autos, however because you have an M6 it wont matter the kickdown cable doesnt come into play you could buy either version and not have to worry about any attachment or function troubles

You forgot to add using the stock IAC because of it being screwed in, not bolted (gawd I love that).
Just found you can mod it by drilling a 11/64" hole directly through the IAC passages for the bleed hole. Fastbird comes up with some great info on the under 94' yr f-bod
