Default Car still over heating

I have put in a new thermostat and i have a fan switch and they are both working fine. I changed the radiator fluid and bleeded it correctly. I have a pretty new water pump on it only about 10k on it. do you all think it could be the radiator itself.

Anybody have any ideas

thanks

Pull off the fans when the motor is hot and feel the surface of the radiator. Mine was cold over half of the surface, a new radiator fixed it right up.
