Does it matter what length header bolts i buy for my 94 LT1? 3/4s or 1" in length? Or should i just buy the 3rd option in the link...

That is expensive for 12 bolts...lol I have used the standard 1" ones that come with the Headers, and have had no problems..

Depending on the flange thickness you would select the ones that were correct. I have Pacesetter Headers which have a nice thick flange so I would select the 1 inch bolts. The 3rd option is for the header collector bolts which would be at the end of the header to mount your exhaust if your headers had collector flanges. The Pacesetter Headers Long Tubes did not have collectors just a nice y pipe that fit nice and snug with exhaust clamps. No more collector gaskets to mess with.
