Default leak wont seal!!

Alright, a few weeks ago i replaced my pan seal and my timing cover seals. the seal for the balancer did not seal properly at all the first time, So I think to myself "okay maybe the seal just sucked" So I went to Scoggin Dicky here in Lubbock, Tx. Bought a better seal that was made to fit around the balancer with no leak issues. I have'nt replaced the other seal that seals around the Opti spark but I dont belive that one is leaking. I'm still getting a rather large leak around the balancer seal and I dont think it's the seal above that. I've come to the idea that maybe the balencer is just worn a little and might be the cause to my issues. Let me know what to do, I'm about to replace my Opti so - I'll be under the car agin soon this balancer and seal is a ***** to get out so I would like this to be the last time my car and I have this fight.

*EDIT* I do also have a lift so getting under the car is no issue so keep your opinions open about going under the car.
