Default power results from headers

i know theres 10 different header threads a day, i searched but didnt quite get what I was looking for. does anyone have a dyno chart from their z28 before and after headers were installed? me and this idiot ford guy at work were argueing how much power lt1s can get with longtubes. I said sometimes with the right mods up to 20 hp and he said thats way too high, am I right?? anyone have dyno charts that I could use?

No dyno's but i do have track results, went from a 13.9 at 102 then with Pacesetter headers, offroad Y and a madz28 mail order tune i got a 13.2 at 107. Best mod to date.

Well i just put on pacesetters,ORY,and a cutout on a few days ago....went and raced the next day(WELL organized street racing) and everyone thought i was spraying my car...I pulled an LS1 T/A with the exact same exhaust setup,a 3800 stall and, im no sure whatelse it had....i ended up popping my hood(even though i didnt want to) and everyone STILL thought i had nitrous

i had the same results as Camaro94SS did. i just put on a set of MAC mids, ORY, and no cat.... i took my car out as soon as it was done and ran a 00' LS1 with minor bolt ons and pulled on him. i don't know exact HP gains from my headers but i def. felt a big difference in the seat-of-the-pants.... oh, and MAC advertises 28 HP with their set up with a cat on the car
