In order from easiest to hardest:

160 Thermostat (might as well do if you do fan switch)
Slp Fanswitch
All suspension btw its panhard bar (can buy either weld on or bolt on parts )
cutout (cutout needs welding)
headers

as for cam&gears they are about as equally hard, cam a little more so, unless you have ALOT of expirenence with both go to a professional...rear end gears are not something you wanna mess around with by yourself if you dont know what your doing, btw 4.10s are good gears for M6's ( a typical gear install will cost about 500, and a cam 800+ *i think* could be more though)

As for what you SHOULD do heres the list:

SLP CAI
160 thermo
manual fan switch
change plugs and wires depending on your mileage
synthetic motor oil
throttle body bypass *free mod*
strut brace
pacesetter LT headers and y pipe
4.10s
find a better flowing muffler (unless your happy with the sound)

with all the stuff about you should feel and see a nice gain you wont be disapointed

now for the stuff I didnt say.....

forget the suspension stuff unless your putting down alot of power and have traction problems its a waste of money

and as for cam thats all up to you, just make sure you do the research and get the right one for your set up. the cc305 and 306 are popular cams with us LT1 owners.

What you wanting the car to do, ie the intended reason for buying the parts?
To go fast in a straight line, around corners or on the street?

What ever you want, weight reduction is where the biggest gains are at!
