Default can this be tuned out??

well i got my 4.10s and posi unit put in finally! ..but, whenever im at WOT, it hits the rev limiter a couple times before it shifts on the 1-2 shift and 2-3 shift. i was wondering if this can be tuned out with a mail order tune like madz28? would all i need is to lower the shift points? orr what?
any help is appreciated. thanks

i think u either need to elimnate it or push the rev limiter farther up which can be taken car of with a tune.... i say get it dyno tuned u will like it a lot better espically if u have bolt ons.....

You can tune that out, I would rather find someone that can do it on the spot, so you know it got taken care of. Mine was doing it, and I got it adjusted. I have some friends that tune them, so it was a little easier for me.

your shifts points are off because you changes gears, a mail order tune will correct this..
