Default keep having trouble

I keep having trouble with opti-spark failing. I use delteq and they are summit new optis. They last for about six mounths then fail.??? Could anybody give me some advice with what i could do??? or try ??? As far as i can see they are not get wet or anything like that. I also have sealed the bolts and back of the opti with silocone, in atempt to help the life of opti. Any help would be great thanxx.

do you have a cam? If so, did you make sure the dowel pin length is the correct length?
