Rocker Adjustment
We were talking about this in another thread.. here is how to adjust your Rockers doing the #1TDC/#6TDC method. I got this from a friend of mine, wrote it in my Haynes Manual. Shbox has this written out in a paragraph on his site I believe, his might be a little easier to understand..

The manual says 1/4 turn -- but in actuality it is closer to a half turn or maybe a little more. I tried the 1/4 turn the first time I installed my cam.

I wouldn't recommend this method for anyone with a cam much bigger than stock. It is a little misleading as you may not be on base circle when you think you are. I found out the hard way when I still had lash in my #7 exhaust and broke a pushrod and it fell through the lifter valley and rolled between a cam lobe and another lifter, so I also had to get a new cam.
IMO this is the best and most safe method, you will do each individual cylinder at a time.
When the exhaust starts to come up, adjust the intake.
When the intake starts to close, adjust the exhaust.
edit: typos
