Default MSD opinions

getting ready to put a msd 6A and timing controller on the car any opions on the msd boxes and problems related to them etc?

I ran a 6-A box on an old school smallblock for several years, with no problems what so ever. I don't know anything about the timing controller or how they would work with a computer controlled engine.

any misfires or breaking up? suspected opti failures due to the msd or anything

i have the 6A and havent noticed any problems. get the wiring harness to make the install easier and cleaner.
