Thanks. It sounds like you have a pretty stout setup yourself. How well does it run? I believe the green lt1 ran high 13s.

The heads were done by ARE in canada. They were a pretty big name a few years back but I haven't heard much about them recently. I'm about to start over from scratch and will either look to LE or AI for my next package. Hopefully it'll be sitting on either a 383 or 396. I'm looking to run 11.4s N/A with my next setup while retaining all my current creature comforts
From what I've heard, you shouldn't have a problem running 11s with that cam. Good luck.

I still haven't done long tubes or the electric water pump yet so I may still have a tenth or 2 under my belt. Maybe even some weight reduction can get me into the 11.4s with this very streetable package. I'm still getting 20 mpg on the highway.

Thanks for the replies guys. Unfortunately, the motor is starting to smoke a bit from the valvecover breather so I'm looking into doing some kind of a forged setup along with a better set of heads and cam. I've had a procharger p600b sitting in my closet for the past few years and am considering doing something with that. If not, maybe I'll sell it and use the money for a nice nitrous setup
