Default Valvetrain wear

About what the life of the stock valve springs? Its a moving part so it has to be cepcetable to some wear over time.

There is no way of knowing. It's different on every car. It's not like there is a service interval for replacing valve springs. People make it well past 100K miles and nothing bad happened. Now if you start messing with different cams and valvetrain geometry, they're going to weaken.
