How do I get the power steering pulley off of the pump while it's still on the car, my radiator and fans are out. I need to remove the accessory bracket and need to remove the power steering pump to get access to the last bolt that goes into the cylinder head.

Do you have a pulley puller? It has two halves, goes around the pulley, then a sleeve goes over that and you crank it off with the bolt in the middle. I think they are less than $20. Should work on PS and alternator.
