Default Good gains

I jsut got my tax return and I need help on deciding what to get. I'm thinking of three options.
1. Get a dyno run and then use that to determine waht stall to get and buy a stall.
2. Get some 3.73 gears and possibly the stall also.
3. Get a 100-150 shot of Nitrous.
My goal, as of right now is to get into the 12s. I would love to do it with just all motor( no Nitrous) but judging from my time slips it looks like I would have to get a 1.7 60'.
Which mod( or mods) would help the best without destroying my tranny, rear end, or both?

Gears and stall need to be in place before you can do much else.

You idea of dynoing to be able to determine stall needs is a waste of money, a good idea on a race car with a unique setup but on a street car with the "usual" mods there is no need. 2800-3400 or so depending on what you really use the car for and want to get out of it.
Go with a 2800 stall from a GOOD builder and the GF, Mom whomever will be able to drive the car without a complaint, more and they might question things but it will be quite managable.
