It goes to a switch in the dash. Someone did some things to this car that I might never figure out but at least now I have a digital camera so I can post pics of things

From the switch on the dash it goes out to the plug in the center of the picture. I looks like it would plug into one of the wires on the left inbetween the male and female factory plug. These are the same style plugs the one in the center that loops into itself and the 2 factory wire clusters to the left.

Could possibly be a manual fan control switch. I think that that harness on the passenger's inner fender runs to the radiator cooling fans. Flip it on and see if it turns them on.

could be a skip shift eliminator.

I hope your not serious. Skip shift eliminator goes down by the transmission its not it. If it taps into that harness, it could be for fans as they are wired through there...

Looks like its something that ODB2 only.

I did some searching and it looks just like the slp fan switch so I hooked it up. Sure enough is works like a charm must have been unhooked because it will work without the key being on if you bump it. That saves me money as I was thinking about getting one for when I am at the drag strip this summer I wish it was summer already at least it got nice enough to drive the car a bit today finally.
