if they are lt1 heads you need sa rockers, but if you dont want to run sa rockers, just get some pushrod guides and some hardened pushrods and while you are at it change the rocker studs and bam you dont need sa rockers.
the hole in the head for the rocker stud is 7/16" I believe, only the top is 3/8"
