does anybody know if a 4l60e out of a mid 90s buick lt1 car will work with an 98 ls1 car. someone has a tranny for sale semi-locally, i havent seen it yet, and just wanna know if all the mounts are the same and will bolt up fine with no problems

No they do not bolt up the same. even a 4l60-e from a 94-97 f-body will not work on a ls1 car.
