Default Do I need this tube?

I have aftermarket valve covers and I have a oil cap in place. Do I need that tube? I deleted air/egr if that helps.

Now, I have a 93, so my TB is a wee different, that's the only PCV valve I have. Now, that's basically why our TB and intakes get all oily is from that correct?

The crank case needs ventilation, run the line.

ODb1 cars seem to do better with out it and just putting a breather on it is good, but its just my opinion, if the provision is there, use it. I have seen people put the breathers on the oil cap due not having the provisions on aftermarket valve covers.

I put a breather on the valve cover and pluged that hole.
