car has set for a yearNEED HELP ok like the title says it has set for almost a year its a 93 firebird fromula and before i parked it to hibernate it was running bad like it had no power , ok give me a big tune up list of everythign u guys think i shoiuld do to it and try toget its power back

seafoam it lol i mean do it. theres a sticky around showing how to seafoam your car, also clean the filter or get another one , get another battery like optimum < spell check that and thats it.
PS oil change after the seafoaming at about 50miles and put some royal purple synthetic oil in it.
