Default which headgaskets??

Im about to swap out my cam for a different one and I figured this time I would install some better headgaskets to help with compression. Right now I have Felpro 1074 gaskets on there, but Im not really sure where I stand as far as compression. Any suggestions?

Stock gasket is .049, the Felpro is .039, most guys on a stock shortblock looking for compression go with the thinner gaskets like Victor Rienz 5898 which has the same specs as the Mr. Gasket but is better packaged. I paid about $22 apiece for them Mr. Gasket was $35 a pair but after all the packaging damage Summit jacked the price on them to $70 a pair so the Victors are cheaper.
A lot of guys use the "impala" .029 gasket from GM, I put Impala in quotes because it was the same for all the iron head LT1s, the Impala was no different from the rest.

SCE was supposed to be releasing a .012 reusable but they are playing the usual games of moving the ship date each time it approaches.
