Traction Control? Hey guys how does the Traction Control work on the 96 LT1 WS6 TA's work, cause on the newer LS1's you can turn it off with the flick of a switch. I know i have TC because when i have to stop real quick and the car starts shaking or when i am in the snow and it slides a little bit, the TCS light comes on. Does it hurt my performance?

it may not be traction control, my 96 lt1 camaro has a traction light but no tc. one way to be sure is look at your abs unit, if two lines go in and four out you have it. if its two in and three out you do not. the shaking during quick stops may just be abs. hope that helps
