Default Where to get PCV stuff?

I'm wondering, if it's possible for anyone to put together a small list (with links maybe?) where i can get a new pcv set up for my 94 LT1. My PCV Hose is cracked to all hell at both ends where it connects, and i'm getting horrid performance. Like... terrible.

Also i've been told that the connection to the grommet into the hose, is supposed to be a valve, however i've heard other people say that the elbow is what you need. Can ANYONE help me?! I can't find these things listed below.. ANYWHERE.... the hose being the real problem, i just want the preformed hose... i'm going to a junk yard tomorrow to look, but can anyone get me to a place that has all of this? (Summit also had no other solution besides nappa, who told me autozone... well.. you get it).

I need:

PCV Grommet
PCV Valve (or elbow? If it's just an open elbow i have one of those)
PCV Hose

Can anyone help me? If you have these parts i'd gladly buy them, i'm just desperate here, and my searches are comming up SHHHHOOORRRTTT.

Thanks in advance!

I have a 95 and I replaced my PCV pipe and grommets recently. On the 95, the PCV valve goes into the intake manifold on the drivers side and then does a 90 degree turn torard the front of the motor, where it connects to the metal pipe, then it wraps toward the passenger side and connects in the front of the throttle body.
I just got the whole thing from the dealer and it was ~$20 for the whole thing.

My recommendation...you're best off just going to the dealer for this.
