yea i have a 94 camaro z28 lt1 auto and was wounding if the a/f gauge is able to be used and how or is it not worth it

not really worth it unless you install a wideband sensor one.

Well if you are completely stock, then a cam wouldn't be a good first mod imo. You want to do the boltons first, let the engine get more air in and out. Also get a stall and maybe some gears. These things will be important for a cam which you can then do later.
