Default Moroso CAI Issue...CAI wont fit the MAF

I bought this car with this CAI on it so Im not so sure its the right one...all else seems to fit with exception of where the CAI goes into the MAF.

There is really nothing sealing the CAI into the MAF, there would be a leak if left as is. This allows unfiltered air through and kind of defeats the CAI purpose.

Im not sure if Im missing a piece but wondering how others with Moroso CAI was able to get thiers to stick and seal with the MAF.

I was going to put some pics up but it appears a simple attachment option isnt available on this forum.

Thanks for any info.

There should be a rubber hose connecting the air tube to the maf with hose clamps.

You could prolly find one at a hardware store.

What would really help is to see what it looks like when installed with the right parts...that way I can see how the hose is supposed to fit into or over the MAF.

I don't have a pic, but the blue hose goes over the round end (not the oval one) on the black plastic tube in the picture. The other end of the blue hose goes onto (over) the MAF and the hose clamps get tightened.
