Default delteq/LS1 coil packs

i was thinking about the kit delteq makes and hooking them up to the LS1 coils. well i think i came up with the fact that you can use 2 of the ignition control modules they give you that have 4 connectors for the coils and connect the 2 ICMs to the opti, then connect each coil to their own terminal in the ICMs.

would that work? i think it should because its basically a bare bones delteq kit just with 8 individual coils.

If you want LS1 coils, why not just run LTCC, which is made to work with LS1 coils?

I don't think that would work, not sure, just don't think so. Trust me, that last thing you want to spend money on is fixing the ignition on a LT1, just get one of the kits, that you know works.
