Default rear defroster issue

is the rearr defroster supposed to like stay on for more than a few minutes, casue when i turn mine on then look at the window a few minutes later its not clear, so i look at the defroster and its off. is mine broken? lol

Does it clear up at all, if not check the wiring on the rear window. The light on the switch turns on but the actual defroster doesnt work at all because the tabs on both sides broke off and i havent got around to soldering it back together.

it has an auto turn off so **** doesn't melt

thats ******* stupid lol it only does liek half the damn window then stops. i dont have time to monitor this lol!!!

haha i know. but thats a lot of juice going through that ****. its one of the biggest current drains in a car.

well it should stay on just a little longer... its almost useless lolol
