Default 6-spd Problem

Having a strange problem with the M6, when shifting and giving some gas (right before engaging the next gear) there seems to be a strange vibration/feeling coming up through the shift, however, when you let off the gas completely between shifts, there's no problem. Also, it seems to do it more regulary with upshifts than downshifts. Clutch is a stock replacement (about 15K ago, they also did the flywheel), car has 118K on it (94 Z28). No problems with engaging the gear, and shifting itself is fine. A friend of mine says possibly a flywheel problem or that even the driveshaft might be out of balance. Any words of wisdom are greatly appreciated.

Normal driving conditions, made a conscious effort not to drive it too hard once it started doing this.

my drivetrain shimmys a little upshifting too. i think its cause of an unbalanced flywheel/clutch.

No, the shifting into gear is smooth. There's no apparent loss of power like when a clutch is slipping.

was the drive shaft installed in the exact position it came out? It sounds like a balance issue weather that be flywheel or drive shaft.
