Default things are unhooked

is there any thing that needs to be plugged in such as MAF sensor that my car wont start becasue i swapped optis and im tryin to get it to fire up and i dont have anything hooked up so i was wondering if that makes a diffrence

Default Plug it in, plug it in!

Yeah, the MAF sensor does need to be plugged in, or it will not run at all. The computer doesn't like for things to be unplugged.

I see no reason why the car would not start with the MAF sensor unhooked. Now, other sensors, yes. What exactly do you have unhooked?

it would want to start even having the elbow off it wont run it'll start then die even while trying to give it gas
