Default Cleaning engine parts, what to use?

Well we got the motor apart yesterday and i'll be pulling it today. what do yall reccomend i use to clean the engine bay and the accesories etc. I did manage to get the intake painted red ^_^. I really like this SS and i wanna make it look amazing under the hood. What products do yall use to remove greae and grime?

engine brite, or grease lighting and elbow grease with long hours to make it look outstanding. could also paint it ( i heard rattle can looks good if done right)

any degreaser such as simple green or purple power should help a lot

Rattle cans work awesome....Just don't cake it on there or leave runs or high and low spots. Keep it flowing evenly when spraying the paint. It turned out awesome on my 86 Iroc....BTW if there are rough spots in the metal, such as rust or ??- Just sand it down smooth or if needed bondo it and sand it down then Paint over it. Looks 2x better when it is smooth.

i am rebuilding the motor out of this SS i just bought and i wanna put it back together lookin B.A. So i think ima pick up some clear coat and a black rattle can or two, i already cleaned and painted the intake this morning, it looks nice.
