i wouldnt cheap out on rockers, they're pretty important. but if u want really cheap then ebay is the place to go for the crappy proform ones, but even then i'd look for at least some high-end used ones instead... u could also try the for sale section on here

Scorpion rockers are fairly inexpensive and great quality. Made in the USA too

I had a set of the Comp pro Mags years ago, real nice, I currently have a set of Crane Golds sitting on the shelf.
