Default Another Idle Problem

Hey guys, i've read a couple of threads/posts of people having to drill their LTx throttle body for it to idle right. Now when is it necessary needed to do so? I've got a 383 LT4 with a rather nice size cam. I can set the idle to 950 and adjust the TPS and blade position to par and whenever the car is warm and I come to a stop the idle drops down way to 450-500 and I have to blip the throttle for it to stop the embarassing stumble. The idle has been fooled with via tune but I don't know if all has been done to try and fix the situation. I know absolutley nothing about tuning and I really don't want to drill a hole in my Holley 58mm TB if not needed. Does drilling a hole sound like the solution to my situation? Thanks

Mines stock, but I idle @ 650, for the record. It might just be your cam causing some issues, but I don't know.

How old is the IAC?

She's a brand new GM IAC and a brand new GM TPS.

Thanks for the response. I guess I should have added the vehicle in. Its a 95 TA M6.
