will these kits work for a 95 lt1?
don't really have huge plans for the motor, just smoked the bottom end and was wondering if these kits will fit.

i dont see why it wouldn't work as long as u get the block clearenced for the larger stroke and bored .030 over altho if your rods and crank are good i would just rebuild with a set of forged pistions But that's all up to you and your future plans for the engine

hey guys thanks for the input. well the problem is that the only good thing on the bottom end is the rods. and the block of course. i was just curious because pricing out a crank and pistons and rings and bearings, well hell for a few dollars more a 383 in a box. i will try to post on other boards to see if anybody else has tried this kit or one like it. my plans for the motor are not real high. but i figure if i have the bottom end for it then the top can come later.
