Carrier and pinion bearings
How hard is it to change these if i buy a kit like this
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/GM-Ch...spagenameZWD1V
If its really hard how much would a shop charge if i supplied the parts?

funny, i was just discussing this last night in another thread. i asked my service writer today and he said he'd charge at least 6 hours to do it (somewhere in the neighborhood of $650).
its not "hard" but it goes smoother if you've got a hydraulic press and the correct adapters and all that. you will spend a lot of time and could be out of a car for awhile if you mess something up and you still have to set up the backlash.
if you dont know what you're doing i'd recommend just shelling out the cash and have someone do it.
