Well I have a comp 230/236 .544/.555" (with 1.6 rockers) 112 lsa xe lobes, 1.6 crane rockers and comp 918s ready to go in. I could just use this setup with the stock heads, I know. However, I came upon some extra cash and now i'd like to get a nice set of heads. Any suggestions for this cam? Also, i'm trying to put myself in the 380 rwhp range (its an m6) to keep up with my friends cam-only ls1 haha.

depends on how much extra cash you have. gallant technical performance may be the least expensive, but trick flow and afr make a mean set of LTx heads. its going to take some good heads, to make the power you want at a reasonable rpm

porting the stock heads should get you close to that hp #, popular choices seem to be LE and AI

If youre looking at 1500 $ get your stockers ported. If everything is right you can hit close to the 380 mark and possibly over if it ticks well together.

380 at the tires? seems a little optimistic, but then again, cylinder head developement has come a long way, so its possible.

380rwhp out of an M6 is easily achievable with heads and cam these days.
