Default what to do about the rebuild?

I just spun a bearing in my motor so it's time for a rebuild. My choices are either take my 180,xxx mile motor apart and have it built or get a 94 motor with 13,xxx miles for the rebuild. Either way I'm going to have a 355 with my cam and other mods done. What does everyone think I should do?

doesnt really matter - theyre cast iron blocks. as long as theyre in tact. i would go with a lower mileage one for a peace of mind, but like i said as long as your block is not cracked or warped (very unlikely), then youre good
