Default Car died, now wont start.

Alright, was driving this morning and the car died. I was at a light, I turned the key on, everything was like normal, cluster lit up etc, but I didnt hear the fuel pump kick in. I tried to turn it over and nothing, no clicks, no turning over.... nothing. So once I pushed it to the closest area off of the road, got it jacked up, key on and jumped the starter with a screw driver and the car would turn over, try to run and die again.

So basically its not getting fuel and its not activating the starter. Could be ignition (key/clyinder) problem or an ignition relay that controls both? Or are they both activated when the key is on through the key lock cylinder?

Thanks for any info, this is a 95 Camaro 3.4L, its similar to an LT1 but didnt see a section for V6 but the column and ignition wiring should be set up pretty similar. If its a relay could you please tell me which one it would be and would most likely be in pass kick panel I believe.
