Default Help with MSD opti

Hi everyone, i think i have to much timing in my heads cam lt1 judging by my spark plugs. I have a msd opti that i suspect might not have the adjuster at the neutral posisition. Is there a way to physicaly confirm the timing is set neutral in the unit? I have never touched it but that doesnt mean its right.
thanks in advance Jason

i've been asking the same question lately. the manual says two turns out is neutral. the only way to verify you aren't having any advance or retard would be to make a timing pointer and then make the appropriate timing marks on your damper. then you could use a timing light to really know what timing you are running.

call up the guys at MSD, they are really cool guys out of El Paso where I am from, I have talked to them on various occasions.

But as you posted 2 turns out should be the 0 position.

good luck with that
