LT1 harness question

LT1 harness question Ok guys, I am in the process of putting a drop out complete LT1 with 4l60e in my 95 Trans am. The drop out is out of a 95 Trans am as well. Heres my question, The body in which the drop out is going into used to be a LT1 6 speed car. I am now putting an LT1 / 4l60E in it. I am just trying to figure out the Blue 10 pin connector for under the dash on the RH side. It does have an extra wire and a few of the other wires are a different color then the original engine harness for the car. Does anyone here know what I have to do to make this harness plug into the car with no problems. I know the plug will snap onto the original harness under the dash, but I wanna make sure if I need to change any leads or add any. Please if you have any info on this, please shed some light. I am about to fire the car up and wanna make sure I have these final wires hooked to the correct lead or signal. Thanks alot.
