sorry to hijack, anybody running the k800 springs with this cam? Im gonna use them with comp pro mag 1.6 nsa rr's for my cam setup.

on a side note, coming from a former LS1 owner to an LT1, LT1 parts are sooo much cheaper than LS1 stuff, may not make as much power, but I'll take the savings and use it for more nitrous refills lol

.600"
Theres more than just max lift ratings lets not forget
With the rpm's you will be spinning I would go with NSA Rockers without doubt. Not saying SA wouldn't work just not the best idea to run SA Rockers on motors that spin mid 6000's on up.

The lift rating refers to how much lift the spring can physically handle before going into coil bind. The lift of your cam will not change.

Guideplates are for NSA Rocker Arms, thats how they keep aligned. Need different studs to run guideplates as well as hardened chromemoly pushrods because they run against the guideplates and must be hardened for strength purposes.

Do not run guideplates with the SA GMPP rockers. Just sell those rockers and get some Trickflow (reboxed Crane Gold), Crane, or Comp NSA rocker arms.
