Default Shifting issue

Hey Guys i know you all probably hear a lot of this but here is my issue!
I have a 1999 Firehawk.... 113k miles on clock, tranny rebuilt at 97k...
When i got the car the clutch was sticking really bad... so I pulled the tranny and put a slave cylinder in it... It helped out a whole lot, gave me alot more clutch pressure, and dont realy stick anymore.. But my problem is that when i run it hard and run the gears out, I absolutely can not get it into 3rd instantly it takes a split second to get in, and when i do get it in the clutch pretty much sticks on the floor... but i can get it back up after hitting it a few times... but when i run third out to max the clutch is really stiff....

Im just trying to see what my next step should be.... the clutch dont slip at all, but it just really irritates me that i can not run my car wot through the gears....

thanks guys

After the drill mod doesn't work, you can replace the pressure plate.

i did the drill mod, but i drilled the master cylinder end because that seems the only end to drill... put all back together... feels better a little more clutch pressure... i can pretty much hit the gears at high rpms now... but when i shoot my car with a 125 shot it does not want to let me shift....
I put a pretty sturdy spring on my clutch pedal to make it not stick... dont know if this is going to mess anything up or if this will help any..... "any input on that would help"
also What do you guys think my next step should be... I have now changed the slave cylinder, did the drill mod, put heat wrap on my hydraulic line, running dot 4 fluid...
Would a shifter help any getting into gear?????

Thanks alot again guys!!!!

Btw like i said it almost seems just fine on all motor, but on a 125 shot about impossible to shift a gear......

Maybe not buddy, you had to bleed the clutch system right? Usually the problem is that the stock clutch lines give insuficiant fluid to the clutch itself under high preasure it is starved for the fluid. Buy a braided line for it to get unrestricted flow into the system. I am currentrly having the same problem. I just installed a 0z700 tex in my car and for the first two days at the track it was ok. After a bit the clutch felt a little softer, started to take longer and longer to get it into the gears. On my set-up for the rip-shifter it called for a braided line for fast shifts. Your problem is temporarily fixed now after you bleed the system but you will notice a quick change in the manners of your shifting after a few hard runs.

thanks for the info... ive ran it hard a few times everything seems to be good!

but i have the system bled verry well... i beleive the stock pressure plate was just worn... plus the stock pressure plate and flywheel had a ungodly amount of burn marks on them...
